Exhibitor numbers break wedding fair record

Sefton Hotel's Atrium Water Garden set up for a civil wedding ceremony

Sefton Wedding Fair, Sunday between 1pm and 4pm

Romance in the air will be served by a record number of exhibitors at the Sefton Hotel annual Wedding Fair.

Prospective brides and grooms will find 38 businesses vending products and services at the event today - described as a one-stop-shop for wedding planning.

It takes place between 1pm and 4pm, and is free of charge to head along.

Organisers hope to top another record after 400 people attended the show last year.

The list of confirmed local providers includes Shan Fisher Photography, Genesis Art Gallery, The Bridal House, and Fenella Cakes.
