Manx Telecom's new sales director has outlined his plans to bring further business to the Isle of Man.
Fergal McKenna says understanding the challenges faced by clients, and showing how technology can meet them, is the key, and that means forming closer relationships between MT and its customers.
Fergal has moved with his family to the Isle of Man from the Republic of Ireland to take up the top sales position.
He says it's an exciting time to be joining Manx Telecom as the company's reputation for developing new technologies provides a good platform to attract more global clients.
