High Legh Holdings runs the High Legh Park Country Club in Cheshire.
It has three nine-hole golf courses, extensive practice areas and function and conference facilities.
Administrators Deloitte LLP, who were called in at the end of last month, are inviting offers in the region of £750,000 for it.
