
The Financial Services Tribunal says it will convene to consider three appeals next month.
The body meets on Tuesday, November 20 at 10am in the Committee Room of Murray House in Douglas.
Pritesh Desai, Nigel McFarlane and Jayne Evett are appealing against a warning notice issued by the Financial Supervision Commission on October 24 last year.
All three are listed as directors of Blue Sea International based on North Quay in Douglas.
The hearing is open for members of the public to attend.
