Grant Thornton named in international survey
Island accountancy firm Grant Thornton has been named as one of the world's 50 most attractive global employers, in an international survey of business and engineering students.
The firm which is headquartered in Athol Street in Douglas with another office in Ramsey serves a range of corporate, public sector and private clients in the Island.
The company says it came 37th in the Universum list, in its professional services sector, above multinationals such as Intel Shell and Ford.
Universum, a research and branding consultancy, based its rankings on the views of university students in 12 of the world's largest economies.
Dennis McGurgan senior partner at Grant Thornton said it was fantastic to receive the recognition, adding the company prides itself on maintaining a positive workplace culture.
