Bushy's Brewery has an important new ingredient.
Head of the company Martin Brunnschweiler has signed a deal with a farmer in Castletown to produce the barley needed for Bushy's beer and, after extensive testing, it's now in pumps around the Island.
Martin told Jason Roberts he thinks it's the first beer in 50 years to be made solely from Manx ingredients (play extended audio file):
