First Names Group, which has offices in the Isle of Man, has made its first acquisition in Guernsey.
The provider of of trust, fund and corporate administration services has bought Mercator, which provides professional services for private client, corporate, fund services and managed trusts.
The deal is still subject to regulatory approval.
Once completed, the trust and corporate services will be integrated into First Names Group, while Mercator's funds business will be incorporated into the group's Moore Management brand.
