Conversion plan outlined
A Douglas company has applied to convert offices on the edge of the capital’s finance district into flats.
Barmalea Ltd of Ridgeway Street wants to convert the first and second floors of the building on Peel Road into a ground-floor office with apartments on the first and second floors.
It’s an amended planning application, with redesigned staircases and balconies.
