A former nursing home in Douglas is again up for sale.
The Eastfield Mansion House Care Home is being sold with planning permission for five four-bedroom residential dwellings, with parking, access and landscaping.
Those plans were submitted by Care Developments Limited last year.
The care home closed its doors in 2017, and the building has remained unoccupied ever since.
It sits in the north-western corner of an informal square formed by Westmount, Eastfield, Mount Bradda and Brighton Terrace in Douglas.
The plot extends to approximately 0.39 acres.
