Site comes with warehouse, tanks, ponds and outbuildings
The former trout farm at Glen Wyllin is up for sale for £450,000.
The 5.4 acre site at the end of Shore Road in Kirk Michael has a modern warehouse, with a range of tanks, ponds and outbuildings.
It's being advertised by local estate agents Chapman Chartered Surveyors, and is earmarked as having 'potential alternative uses', subject to planning.
There's a BMX track next to the former fish farm too, which is leased to Michael Commissioners.
In 2018, vandals turned off the compressor at the site, which killed around 4,500 of the rainbow trout in the tanks.
According to media reports at the time, the incident cost the then owners Trout Lodge around £200,000.
