
An Island travel firm says it’s extending its direct holiday flights to the Balearic Islands next year.
Freedom Travel says it’ll operate a 20 week direct flight programme to Menorca and Majorca next year after years of growth on the routes.
Director Jan Wozniak says the direct flights, which skip stopoffs and changes in the UK, were launched five years ago – and originally ran for just eight weeks.
But he says 2014 will be the longest season ever for the Saturday morning flights from Ronaldsway.
