A mother and daughter who work for Barclays Wealth in Douglas have completed the Lake District’s 24 Peaks walk for charity.
Twenty year-old Julia Furner and her mum Sue teamed up for the event to raise money for the Isle of Man Children’s Centre.
The walk involved scaling 24 Peaks in the Lake District National Park in 24 hours.
Their efforts, along with other Barclays Wealth fundraising events, has so far raised £750 for the Children’s Centre and the bank says it will double whatever staff raise.
