The "go to guy" for offshore law advice on the Isle of Man has been short listed for a prestigious industry award.
Peers have nominated John Rimmer - who has had his own private practice since 2014 - for a Legal 500 UK 2017 Award in the Offshore Law Firm Category.
It recognises him as one of the world's leading practitioners in his field - and says he has a "first-class reputation" for advising other firms - like Cains Advocates.
He specialises in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including the creation, administration, variation and termination of private trusts.
The research team that selected him base their decisions on the performance of candidates over the last 12 months.
