Dealership could create 100 jobs

A brand new car dealership is on the way for Braddan, after the company behind the venture won a planning battle.

Eden Park has gained approval to develop a £20 million, multi-brand showroom and service centre on its Cooil Road site - with work set to start immediately.

The facility will be run by offshore motoring enterprise Jacksons.

CEO Paul Collier believes it could create up to 100 jobs on the Island following its opening.

Marques the firm intends to bring to the Island include Alfa Romeo Jeep, Fiat, Porsche, Aston Martin, Skoda, Alfa Romeo Ssangyong and VW Commercial.
