Market challenging but promising - Groves
Realistic property prices will see the 2017 housing market prosper - that's the prediction from the residential director of one local estate agency.
Black Grace Cowley boss Tim Groves says the market is still "challenging", but growing, and filled with promise for this popular time of year for the industry.
His comments follow steady progress in 2016.
Mr Groves says when vendors set market-appropriate prices it has a butterfly effect on the market.
