
Treasury Minister Allan Bell could afford a smile over his cornflakes today, after a double dose of good news on the economic front.
Unemployment has fallen for the third successive month and, for what could be the first time in Manx history, annual inflation is at a negative rate.
It current stands at -0.2%, which is the lowest it's been since records began more than 30 years ago.
