Inflation warning from Treasury

'Imported inflation' and the problems it brings could be with us for up to three years.

Treasury Minister Allan Bell (pictured) says what support can be offered on the Island has already been flagged up, and admits it may be a case of 'gritting our teeth' in the face of steadily rising costs.

Inflation currently stands at 5.6% and is being driven by global fuel prices:
