SMP aquires new company
A Douglas-based company is expanding internationally.
SMP Partners has acquired Solaris Corporate Services Limited.
It will operate as a subsidiary of SMP in Cayman, where the company is currently expanding its Isle of Man employee base.
Stephen Turner, the CEO of SMP's Caribbean Region says the agreement is an opportunity for further growth in Grand Cayman and the Bahamas.
