A Manx-based company may start work this month on a huge new development in London.
Shieldpoint 78, headquartered at St George's House, in Bay View Road, Port St Mary, is the developer behind a 15-storey skyscraper in Fenchurch Street.
The firm won permission from the City of London late last month to demolish the existing empty buildings.
However, it faces an obstacle in New College, Oxford, which owns land underneath the buildings and so far hasn't agreed to the work.
