An event designed to bring together creative minds, technology experts and people with business experience is being launched in November.
Isle Start Up aims to provide a platform for people to get business ideas off the ground.
It is also designed to stimulate economic growth on the Island during difficult times.
The event, which will run on November 16 and 17, aims to bring together people of different backgrounds to produce a viable business plan or product by the end of the weekend.
Nicholas Horsthuis, founder of Isle Start Up, told David Harrison more about the event:
The event takes place at the Empress Hotel in Douglas and you can sign up by going to islestartup.com
