Jacksons excited about future

Car dealership looking to hold car-club events

The firm behind the major car dealership on Cooil Road in Braddan say with its first year now behind it, it's excited about the future.

Jacksons and Motor Mall say the anniversary was marked by an event in which they sold a million pounds of new and used vehicles.

There has been much local interest as to how the Island would take to such a significant development - also, whether the business would prosper.

Head of Business Jon Williams admits they haven't got it right all the time, but says their team is still settling in and feedback from customers is improving.

He says more than thirty new vehicles from its manufacturers are being launched this year.

In addition, it wants to host car club events and motorbike ride-outs during 2019.

Jacksons say a major local sponsorship is due to be announced in the next few days.
