A specialist Manx company exploring the possibilities of a futuristic material says it’s appointed two new directors.
Highland Scientific and Manx Graphene says Professor Marlon Cruz joins as group research and design director, while Paul Kerruish becomes its new group commercial director.
The firm says it’s poised to cash in on scientific breakthroughs in graphene, a new material made from a single layer of carbon atoms which could revolutionise industries such as electronics, aerospace, telecoms, bio-med, energy and others.
Founder and managing director John O’Driscoll says he’s delighted to welcome Marlon and Paul to the Board.
