Firm gains insurance expertise
Audit, tax and advisory specialist KPMG has announced the appointment of Allan Christian as a senior manager in firm's risk consulting team.
He joins KPMG with a track record in the insurance consulting field, having worked for the past five years on the Solvency 11 corporate governance and risk management programme, in the life and non-life insurance industries, mostly in London.
Mr Christian joins KPMG from the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority, and was previously group risk analyst at Hansard Global plc, having begun his career as an internal auditor at Charterhouse International in 2003.
A former student at Sulby Primary and Ramsey Grammar Schools, Mr Christian left the Island to study history and archaeology at the University of Leicester, followed by an MSc in Management.
