Organisation signs up to a number of 'climate actions'
KPMG has announced a series of commitments to cut its direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions in half by 2030.
The global business has signed up to a number of 'climate actions' with the aim of becoming a net-zero carbon organisation in ten years.
As well as it's greenhouse gas goal, it's also aiming to use 100% renewable electricity in the same timeframe.
Partner at KPMG in the Isle of Man Simon Nicholas says "as a business partner with UNESCO Isle of Man locally, this announcement is evidence of KPMG’s global commitment to deliver on a more sustainable future for everyone, focusing on delivering growth in a sustainable way and providing climate solutions, not just for KPMG, but for society too”.
