The Lloyds Bank Community Fund is gearing-up again to help four Island charities.
Grants from the 2013 fund will be made to more than 1300 community groups across England and Wales.
Local residents are invited to have a say in how the money's distributed by voting for their favourite good cause.
Voting has opened to the public online, by SMS text message and by visiting a Lloyds Bank branch.
The four charity contenders this year are Manx Miracles, raising £80,000 for a centre for children with special needs; Wish Upon a Dream, which grants wishes to terminally ill patients in the Island; the homeless charity Graih for its drop-in service; and Hospice Isle of Man.
The top two charities will be awarded £3000 each and the runners-up £300.
Voting closes on 1 November 2013.
