Two awards for Island-based banking team
Island-based Lloyds Bank International has won two awards at a UK event to recognise innovation in the industry.
The Financial Innovation Awards were hosted by the London Institute of Banking and Finance and the British Bankers Association in London last week.
The team based at Peveril Buildings in Douglas, was top of a five-strong shortlist in the innovation in the use of data category, a salute to its development of customer dashboards.
The firm also beat-off competition from four other nominees in the section recognising support offered to customers in vulnerable situations.
Judges were drawn from retail and private banking, and also included financial innovation experts and business academics.
