
The head of Islands Retail Banking for Lloyds TSB has been chosen to join a UK task force set-up to encourage better engagement between staff and employers.
Wendy Leedham began a prestigious six month secondment with Engage for Success - a venture which has the backing of Prime Minister David Cameron - in August.
She joins a team of international business people tasked with fostering more creative thinking in the workplace, with the ambitious goal of changing the country's relationship with its workforce for the better.
Key project areas for the team include increasing innovation by harnessing employee involvement, and inspiring workplace morale during periods of change.
Wendy will retain responsibility for Lloyds TSB International Wealth's retail business across the British Isles while taking part in the task force.
