The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners branches in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are to jointly host a regional private client conference.
The event will provide the first ever opportunity for professionals to hear from all three STEP branches on legal, investment and tax issues.
It’s the first time Jersey Finance, Guernsey Finance and Isle of Man Finance have jointly supported an event.
The conference will cover Crown Dependencies & UK tax issues, a Trust Law update and case round-up, Protectors & Private Trust Companies and Trustee Investments & Disputes.
Keynote speaker will be The Right Honourable Lord Walker of Gestingthorpe (pictured), who will talk about 'The Long-arm Jurisdiction of English Divorce Courts'.
