
Playtech, the Manx-based eGaming software company, is to buy a software business from its co-founder and biggest shareholder, Teddy Sagi.
Playtech will pay up to 280 million euros for PT Turnkey Services in cash instalments, allowing the firm to become a one-stop shop for marketing, web hosting, payments and search-engine placement.
In its latest trading update, the company says its sales this year went up by 24 percent to 142.3 million euros.
Casino and bingo sales were both up, but the firm's poker revenue fell 19 per cent to 27.4 million euros in the face of growing competition.
