The man behind a big shopping and entertainment complex in Castletown says further changes are being made there.
Roy Tilleard, who masterminded Callow's Yard, says negotiations are under way to bring a major retailer to the site, although it's too early to name the company.
Meanwhile, other changes are planned for the complex in the near future.
Mr Tilleard says there have been a number of tweaks since the development was finished almost two years ago:
