Fifteen casino staff at the Best Western Palace Hotel in Douglas have completed intense bespoke management courses.
Eight employees took part in the Insight Management Course, which was about team building and motivating others.
The other seven completed a course for team leaders and supervisors, which focused on ensuring staff understood the company's business requirements, while meeting customer needs and improving the overall operation.
The couses were designed specifically for casino staff by the Training and Business Development team at the Isle of Man College, and general manager of the casino Paul Castellucci.
