October deadline for Spirit of Innovation Challenge
Manx students are being offered free entries to a contest which could see them blast off to the home of American space exploration.
The annual Conrad Spirit of Innovation Challenge, named after the Apollo astronaut Pete Conrad, is now open.
It encourages young people around the world to be inspired and invent in the fields of aerospace, cyber security, energy or health.
Island-based ManSat is funding local entrants' fees.
Entries must be submitted before midnight on 17 October.
