Manx Gas is in the hands of a new owner.
It's confirmed London-based infrastructure investor Ancala Partners LLP has completed a takeover of its parent company International Energy Group (IEG).
IEG has around 40,000 customers connected to its networks in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Manx Gas has not commented on the change of ownership.
A media statement cites Ancala Partners' record as 'providing enhanced returns for core mid-market infrastructure investments.'
It adds the company has a 'strong record of de-risking businesses and improving cash flow.'
