Isle of Man advocates Dickinson Cruickshank have announced they have helped the first Mongolian company ever to list on the Alternative Investments Market.
Petro Matad is the parent company of an oil exploration group that plans a three-year drilling starting next year.
Dickinson Cruickshank says it’s a landmark for the Mongolian economy and is the latest in a series of AIM listings for the company.
The firm says it’s also a substantial achievement for the Isle of Man.
