Bingo supplier NYX Interactive has bought the Manx-licensed bingo network operator Cashball.
Swedish media giant Bonnier Group has sold the business for an unnamed sum through its egaming subsidiary.
NYX chief executive Staffan Lindgren says the move gives his business a unique market position and allows Bonnier to focus on its core values.
The Isle of Man-licensed operating arm launched in 2008 and has clients in Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
