The fourth annual Caroline Weatherill Memorial Lecture will feature a former Acting Deemster and High Court Judge.
His Honour Sir Nigel Teare QC will give a talk entitled 'The Advocate and The Deemster'.
Most recently Sir Nigel sat on the Phil Woolas MP case, when the shadow immigration minister was found guilty of deliberately making false statements about his LibDem election rival and barred from parliament.
The lecture takes place at 6.45pm on Friday December 3, in the Wedding Room at the General Registry.
