Treasury Minister Anne Craine has told a business audience that removing the Attribution Regime for Individuals (ARI) from the Zero-ten tax system should turn out to be 'tax neutral'.
At the annual Junior Chamber of Commerce post budget briefing today (Wednesday), she said Jersey had announced it was scrapping ARI at the same time as she made her announcement in Tynwald.
She was asked how scrapping ARI could not be costly to government:
