Treasury Minister Anne Craine has answered a question on whether she would carry out a public consultation on reforming the budget process.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson quizzed her on the subject at Tuesday's sitting of the House of Keys.
It was the latest round in his battle to give people more say in how the budget is put together, but Mrs Craine was in no mood to compromise:
