Treasury Minister Anne Craine will give a keynote speech to leading figures in the City of London in the autumn.
She has been signed up by Gresham's College to speak on the theme 'Extinction or Evolution, The Future of Offshore Centres'
The annual finance lecture will be given in front of a large and influential audience from the financial sector.
It's a key opportunity to promote the Isle of Man and explain its future direction as an international offshore financial centre.
Mrs Craine says the message will be a positive one:
