Employers are being offered an insight into the sensitive area of misconduct at work, at a presentation in Douglas tonight (14 June).
From Hiring to Firing is the title of a talk by Caren Pegg, global head of employment law at Appleby, who will outline what constitutes workplace misconduct and explain current legal thinking.
The event at The Claremont hotel will include an update on recent case law on disciplinary issues.
