Staff choose organisations to support
Twenty-five thousand pounds has been donated to three Isle of Man charities by a local business.
Zurich International made the contributions from its 2018 annual charity grant awards.
Staff choose the organisations they wish to support - this year they gave more than £12,000 to Alzheimer's Society Isle of Man - a charity which receives no funding from government and relies solely on donations.
£7,500 was given to Rebecca House Children's Hospice, which will go towards BoBath Therapy and help children with cerebral palsy.
And Live at Home received £5,000, which will help the organisation run its forty monthly activities around the Island that help tackle isolation and loneliness.
