Retail boss says supply chains have improved since start of Covid-19 outbreak
Supply chains for Manx retailers have improved since the start of the coronavirus outbreak.
Panic buying and stockpiling led to some items, such as toilet roll and hand wash, becoming short in supply earlier this year, both locally and further afield.
Some manufacturers have reduced their product range to focus on the most essential items during the pandemic.
However, area manager for the Co-op, Andrew Corrie, says there's more than enough food reaching local stores:
