Current certificate valid until 2021
Manx Telecom has retained the internationally recognised ISO 9001 Quality Standard.
The company has been awarded the latest version of the certification (ISO 9001:2015) following a rigorous assessment by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), which is the world's leading provider of independent assessment services and is recognised by more than 50 accreditation bodies.
ISO 9001:2015 is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the involvement of senior management, a process approach, and continual improvement.
The latest re-certification assessment was completed over five days by two assessors from LRQA, both of whom are independent Quality Management experts. They examined Manx Telecom’s processes and procedures in all areas of the business to make sure that the rigorous ISO standards were being met.
The current ISO 9001 certificate is valid until February 2021.
