Manx Telecom is set to consolidate its two Douglas stores into the former Maley's Chemist shop in Strand Street.
The doors of the new store are set to open in the autumn and the company is promising it will 'quickly become one of the Isle of Man's top shopping experiences'.
The move will see the closure of the existing outlets in Strand Street and Victoria Street.
Chris Pycroft of the Douglas Development Partnership says it's great news, and will 'breathe new life into the landmark building'.
