Counsel role for David Pytches
Trust law specialist David Pytches has been appointed as Counsel at Appleby’s Isle of Man office.
Appleby says David has spent much of his 16-year professional career in the Cayman Islands, including heading the Cayman trust team at international law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman.
He joins Appleby after working with Standard Bank in Jersey.
Mr Pytches is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
He has wide-ranging experience in the trust field, including advising on the establishment of complex trust structures, reserved powers trusts, PTCs, the powers and obligations of trustees, the rights of beneficiaries and the functions of protectors and enforcers.
