For more than six years, she worked within the Call Centre of Lloyds TSB Offshore.
As a team leader, she had responsibility for managing a team of advisors who provided a telephone banking service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Hamblin say her strong knowledge of all banking procedures will help her significantly in her new role recruiting finance sector staff.
