Diane Clarke has joined the board to lead the team which delivers structures to private and high net worth corporate clients.
She has more than 30 years experience in the finance industry – prior to joining she worked for Crowe Trust Isle of Man Limited.
Diane, who is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland, succeeds Peter Vernon-Browne who recently retired from the business.
