Wi-Manx has been confirmed as the Island's third full telecoms licence holder and can now compete for business alongside Manx Telecom and Sure.
The Isle of Man Communications Commission awarded Wi-Manx the full operator licence last month, and has now formally modified it after a one month notice period during which no comments were submitted.
The company, which previously held an internet service provider licence, is poised to offer a range of voice and business services, increasing competitiveness in the Island's telecommunicaitons market.
