The Department of Economic Development says it’s appointed John Garland as a business development manager in its Corporate Financial Services division.
Mr Garland has worked in the Island’s finance sector for more than 12 years in senior management roles at companies such as HSBC Bank and Coutts.
He founded his own consultancy business two years ago.
The DED’s Director of Financial Services John Spellman says Mr Garland will support the private sector as it pursues new opportunities.
