Three new superyachts are set to join the Manx register under a novel ownership scheme.
Pacific Star Cruises will offer fractional ownership of the Pacific Star Princess, Pacific Star Countess and Pacific Star Lady, the first three vessels in a planned fleet.
The yachts will be offered to buyers in the United Kingdom, Europe, China and Australia, allowing them to take a fortnight-long cruise for two every year for 15 years.
After 15 years, the yachts will be sold and the proceeds split between the owners.
All three vessels are being built from scratch, with the first expected in service from June 2013.
